Manager, Practice Operations - Orthopaedics

Position Highlights:

• Position: Manager, Practice Operations - Orthopaedics

• Locations: Edward Hospital (Naperville, IL), Elmhurst Hospital (Elmhurst, IL), and Northwest Community Hospital (Arlington Heights, IL)

• Full Time: 1.0 FTE/80 hours per pay period

• Hours: Monday-Friday, approximately 8:00am-5:00pm

What you will do:

• Participates, with Director of Clinical Operations and Executive Director, PPD in 24-hour responsibility and accountability for the administrative functioning, with a high reliability focus, for assigned departments. Acts as a resource and liaison to ensure continuity of care. Refers to Director of Clinical Operations for nursing scope of care and practice. Executes standards of customer service, personnel management and regulatory guidelines for assigned departments. Provides direct supervision of staff with the Manager of Clinical Operations or the Director of Clinical Services for clinical staff, and input into creating the vision for the department.

What you will need:

• Bachelors Degree

• 3 Years of medical group operations-related leadership experience or minimum of five years of directly related progressively responsible experience with the medical group office setting.
