Summary of Job Duties:The Administrative Specialist III is responsible for providing general office support for the Early Head Start Administration office; in-kind reporting; provides assistance to the executive administrative staff, and assist the ERSEA Coordinator with the intake process that includes the following:
*Prepare enrollment application packets that include enrollment criteria, recruitment information, selection criteria, eligibility criteria, and attendance forms.
*Assist all content areas with recruitment of EHS families.
*Maintain EHS employee files with proper credentials (i.e. mandated reporter, background clearances, CPR/First Aid, CDA's, Standard of Conduct forms, etc.
*Maintain monthly in-kind and budget reports for 9 EHS sites.
*Document professional development trainings for all EHS staff, directors, and teachers.
Additional Duties:
*Assist with inputting the Child Care Development Fund (CCDF) billing for students attending the Child Development Center.
*Assist with receipting the Child Care Development Fund (CCDF) reimbursement funds back to the University from the Department of Human Services.
*Assist with completing Purchase Orders and Requisitions for Human Sciences faculty, CDC Staff, and EHS Staff.
*Provide assistance and respond to inquiries and questions from faculty, staff, and students. Qualifications:

AA/AS in Early Childhood; Bachelor's degree preferred
