KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Federal Advisory practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Manager client service delivery teams in the active execution of engagements in compliance with firm / practice unit service delivery standards
  • Utilize technical and industrial knowledge of learning and talent development to identify and manage complex client issues
  • Drive the development of innovative and interactive learning solutions that engage learners and supports an learning culture for our client
  • Leverage contemporary interactive technologies to engage and enhance learning, including digital adoption tools (e.g. Articulate 360, Vyond, Camtasia, Epilogue Opus, Cornerstone, etc)
  • Conduct needs analysis to design and configure scalable solutions within the LMS
  • Act as primary point of contact for troubleshooting LMS system issues
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure optimal performance of LMS.
  • Create and maintain documentation on LMS processes, usage guidelines, system updates and best practices
  • Train staff on best use of LMS functionalities

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of Learning & Development experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Experience in identifying the educational needs of others, developing formal educational materials / courses, and training programs or classes
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instructions for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effectiveness
  • Experience managing a portfolio within a project or team; previous experience in setting priorities and balancing competing deadlines
  • Experience mentoring or managing employees including annual goals setting, performance review and discussing career opportunities
  • Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements
  • Applicant must possess a U.S. Government TS/SCI clearance
