Job Description
Are you pursuing a degree in the sciences and interested in applying that degree to a training or teaching career? Join as an Intern with our Training and Enablement Organization at Agilent - a leader in life sciences, diagnostics, and applied chemical markets. As an intern with our team, you will use your passion for science to support the development of training programs that address new programs and advanced tools designed to build capabilities in marketing and sales. This 6-to-12-month intern opportunity offers an unparalleled chance for you to develop professionally while working for a global leader in laboratory and clinical technologies. The position requires a commitment of 20-25 hours weekly during business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at our Santa Clara, CA site, ensuring ample time to immerse yourself in our culture and work projects. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with the training team to develop and update training content. * Assist in organizing and facilitating training sessions and workshops. * Collect feedback from participants to assess training effectiveness. * Help lead learning management systems and track training progress. * Conduct research on best practices in employee training and development. * Evaluate and support the establishment of new Sales Enablement tools. * Support the implementation of Artificial Intelligence for sales coaching Qualifications
The US pay rate for this position is $23.17 - $36.19 per hour, plus eligibility for paid holidays and medical benefits. Our pay rates are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum intern pay for the position across the relevant US location(s). Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including any job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training.
