General Summary: Inventors, Brand Builders, and Food Lovers Wanted! We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior R&D Scientist to join our team. This role will focus on designing new food products in the soup, meals, snacks, and beverage categories. The ideal candidate will drive innovation around new enterprise growth initiatives, leveraging strong cross-functional influencing skills to create product designs that are deeply grounded in consumer needs. The right candidate will also have strong technical skills with experience in both internal and external manufacturing and end-to-end commercialization. We are looking for someone with a strong sense of entrepreneurship who has had experience building new brands from scratch and be able to demonstrate previous successful innovation launches. Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $109,700-$157,700Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
