Front Desk Supervisors are an essential part of our Front Office. In addition to processing daily Guest Service Representative tasks, Front Desk Supervisors also assist the Front Office Manager by implementing and supporting systems and procedures that maximize the consistency, speed, and passion of the front desk team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists in the development and implementation of business strategies for the hotel which are aligned with Country Inn & Suites' overall mission, vision values and strategies
Manages the operation of the front office and related areas
Develops and implements strategies and practices which support employee engagement
Aligns with our "Yes I Can" service standards to build and reinforce skills that create a lasting service culture that provides lasting memorable moments
