- Reviewing and ensuring the proper approval of personnel actions accurately and promptly, adhering to General Schedule personnel regulations, policies and procedures.
- Maintaining up-to-date employee records in HR systems, covering personal information and employment history.
- Addressing employee inquiries regarding compensation and HR policies with timely and precise information, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Supporting HR compliance audits and reporting to ensure all HR practices comply with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Engaging in HR projects and initiatives, providing support and contributing to the achievement of organizational goals.
- Crafting job postings and conducting job analyses to communicate roles clearly and assess candidate suitability through resume and application reviews.
- Issuing certificates of eligible candidates to hiring managers, facilitating hiring conversations, and ensuring a thorough understanding of the USA Staffing system, ensuring recruitment processes are fair, efficient, and comply with regulations and policies.
