Location: La Porte, TX - Miller Cut-Off Rd - Retail Shop How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? The Supply Chain Solutions Technician will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the Outlook Service Model to include packaged gas deliveries and management programs, establishing safe handling practices, efficient order processing and invoicing, initiating and executing cost reduction programs, reporting, and day-to-day customer interface at the customer sites.The Supply Chain Solutions Technician will be the first Airgas representative with the customer for all packaged gasses, welding hard goods, and safety-related issues. This position will be responsible for efficiently managing customers' product needs to remain ahead of usage and avoid emergencies. Airgas operates a modern and efficient fleet. Most vehicles are under six years old and equipped with driver-friendly technology, such as On-Board Computers, collision avoidance technology, the latest camera technology, and GPS navigation.
