Job Description The Controller works directly with the CEO and is responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, including accounting, financial reporting, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting within the manufacturing industry and will ensure the accuracy and integrity and controllership of financial information. The Controller works closely with Hexatronic Group Finance in meeting the financial reporting, planning and forecasting requirements of Rochester Cable as part of a publicly listed company. The Controller works closely with local Operations personnel in providing insight, analysis and recommendations for improvements that will support reductions in costs of poor quality and BOM accuracy.
