What you'll gain: As a Human Recruitment Support: Assisting with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. Onboarding: Supporting the onboarding process for new hires by preparing orientation materials and assisting with training logistics. Employee Relations: Helping with employee relations activities, including addressing employee inquiries and supporting conflict resolution. HR Administration: Assisting with HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing reports. Compliance: Assisting in ensuring compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations. Training and Development: Supporting the development and delivery of training programs and employee development initiatives. Performance Management: Helping with performance management processes, including tracking performance evaluations and assisting with feedback collection. Employee Engagement: Contributing to employee engagement activities and initiatives, such as organizing events and surveys to gauge employee satisfaction.
