JOB SUMMARY The Inter-Enterprise Systems Analyst and Senior Systems Administrator is responsible for the lifecycle management, design, support, and optimization of enterprise-level applications and systems. This role involves identifying, evaluating, analyzing, and recommending changes to support assigned applications and systems, ensuring their seamless integration with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements. Additionally, this position oversees project planning, implementation, and maintenance, serving as a primary point of contact for ongoing production support and troubleshooting. The incumbent collaborates with various stakeholders, provides technical expertise, and leads small to medium-sized projects, ensuring alignment with long-term architectural strategies and best practices. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Required
Bachelor's Degree in business administration, computer science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
3 years or more of experience in enterprise systems analysis, administration, or related field Solid understanding of enterprise applications and systems, with expertise in areas such as ServiceNow administration, UNIX, Windows, and IBM platforms Experience working within an ITIL framework or similar operating model Demonstrated project development and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize and self-direct work effectively Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification Upon Hire
