Job Description

As the leading AI data platform, DDN powers massive-scale AI across private and public clouds. We are seeking an experienced Sr. Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our digital strategy, execution, and optimization across all organic and paid channels. This is your opportunity to be part of an exciting transformation in the rapidly evolving AI landscape, where technology is redefining how the world operates, advancing at the speed of innovation. In this new role, you will set bold strategies to achieve our growth targets while collaborating with all marketing teams to create winning digital campaigns. Your hands-on experience with organic and paid media, including optimization and data-driven decision-making, will be crucial in driving our growth and positioning us as a market leader.

Responsibilities:

    Digital Strategy: Lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives growth across paid and organic channels.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Develop strategies and execute digital plans with campaign, product, field, pr/brand, and alliance marketing teams to meet program goals.
  • Paid Media Campaigns: Develop, execute, and continuously optimize paid search, paid social, and display advertising campaigns to effectively reach target audiences and drive conversion at each stage of the funnel.
  • Landing Page and Chatbot Development: Develop and optimize landing pages and chatbots to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
  • SEO and Agency Management: Oversee SEO strategies, optimize all demand campaigns, and manage external agencies to ensure we rank for priority topics.
  • Performance Tracking and Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance, paid digital campaigns, using A/B testing and data insights to continuously test and improve conversion rates.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the digital marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximize return on investment.

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of B2B experience in digital marketing, either in-house or at an agency, in infrastructure, technology, software or SaaS industries.
  • Must have extensive hands-on experience directly creating, developing, and optimizing paid Google Search & Display, Meta, X, YouTube, Connected TV, and LinkedIn campaigns and programs.
  • Knowledge of intent platforms (e.g., 6sense and ZoomInfo) and web personalization/optimization platforms (e.g., Mutiny, Intellimize).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and integrations (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier).
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (like Google Analytics) for data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven experience in managing agencies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
