As a Computer Operator, you will:

A week in the life of a Computer Operator:

• Provides technical support for computers and associated networks.
• Install, troubleshoot, service, and repair personal computers, network equipmentsuch as servers, modems, multiplexers, related PC software, telephones, cables, and connectors.
• Provide personal computer, hardware, and softwaresupport.
• Install, services, and repairs personal computers and installs attendant software.
• Connect personal computers and terminals to existing datanetworks.
• Diagnose reported hardware, software, and network problems.
• Resolve problems or contacts additional technical support, as necessary.
• Maintain network diagrams and circuit records. Maintains trouble logs.
• Instruct users in the use of personal computers and networks.
• Investigate information, network, and communications needs of users, and make recommendations regarding software and hardware purchases.

• Active Secret Clearance
• High School Diploma
• IAT Level III (CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH, CCSP)
• 8+ years of applicable Computer Operator experience
