QPS Employment Group is hiring a Customer Check-In Coordinator for our Milwaukee, WI office. The Customer Check-In Coordinator is responsible for improving Associate Employee attendance/retention through daily check-ins, overcoming attendance obstacles, and feedback meetings. We are looking for a Full-time driver. The hours will vary and there may also be a couple of pick-up times during the weekend for coverage.

Job Responsibilities:
  • This list is not all inclusive and may be added to as management deems necessary.
  • Ensures Associate Employee's needs are being met while on the van and communicating needs to appropriate branch staff and/or client contacts. Including, but not limited to attendance, performance, and attitude.
  • Accompany Associate Employees to the proper check-in area and communicate the pick-up time/location
  • Conduct weekly safety walkthroughs. Provide updates to QPS branch staff.
  • Provides daily attendance check-in service to inform branch staff and customer of missing employees.
  • Provides guidance and serves as coach and confidant to Associate Employees on HR policies and procedures, processes and/or general questions or redirecting to relevant resources while on the van.
  • Serves as a liaison between the client contact and the Associate Employee to ensure appropriate problem identification and then communicates that information to the branch resolution.
  • Be a daily presence on each shift to address any other opportunity areas or issues not outlined.
  • Inspect vehicle/van before and after routes
  • Document accordingly all regular vehicle inspections or maintenance
  • Works with the current associate employee talent pool to acquire new talent.
  • Follow a driving schedule to ensure Associate Employees are checked-in at client facilities
  • Meet hourly deadlines while abiding by all traffic laws and QPS policies
  • Report all accidents and vehicle problems immediately to the Ride Share Manager
  • Ensure supplies are replenished, including snacks, drinks, cleaning supplies, etc.
  • Answers, screens and directs incoming communications from clients, external employees, and internal employees
  • Retains a record of communication and activities by documenting subject and details in appropriate software platform(s) and according to policy
  • Completes employer portion of I-9/W-4 and other E-Documents
  • Assists staff with recruiting and placement related administrative tasks
  • Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must be at least 25 years of age
  • 5 years of related driving experience
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and see roads, signs, and signals. Employees are also required to use both hands and feet for operating a motor vehicle. A valid driver's license is needed, in addition to meeting a satisfactory driving record through a driving record check and 100/300/100 auto insurance coverage.
