We are seeking Consumer Care Representatives for one of our many valued clients in Stevens Point. Will be is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to policyholders, office staff, and agents/brokers. These roles involve promptly and professionally responding to inquiries, processing payment information, and managing correspondence. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Respond to inquiries from policyholders, office staff, and agents/brokers via telephone, email, web chat, and mail within established service level agreements. Process payment information updates and complete payment transactions accurately and efficiently. Manage correspondence, including research and documentation of resolutions, to ensure timely and accurate responses. Actively participate in team meetings to share knowledge, address issues, and improve processes. Hours for these positions are Monday-Friday 10:30am-7:00pm with the opportunity for earlier shifts as they become available. Pay is $20/hour with a comprehensive benefit package offered by our client.
