At Southwire, we are passionate about empowering our teams and clients with data-driven insights. Our Business Intelligence (BI) team plays a critical role in driving the success of our data strategy, BI strategy, AI strategy, leveraging Tableau as our primary tool. We're seeking a dynamic and hands-on Business Intelligence Manager to lead and grow our BI team, and to implement an innovative, self-service program that delivers measurable value to our end users. The Business Intelligence Leader will be responsible for coaching and guiding a high-performing team of analysts, developing scalable BI processes, and overseeing the Tableau Self-Service Program. This is a hands-on leadership role where leading by example is essential. You'll be expected to step in alongside your team-whether that's working within the Tableau platform, troubleshooting end-user issues, or providing strategic direction-all while coaching and developing your team. You will work closely with data engineering and AI teams to create and execute a BI strategy that excites, empowers, and delivers results for the organization.
