Job Responsibilities: The Coordinator of Legislative & Regulatory Policy provides full administrative support. This includes support for the director, three managers, and the volunteer members and liaisons of the Council on Government Affairs. This position coordinates operations within the Legislative and Regulatory Policy department and helps implement the priorities of CGA. Major duties include scheduling meetings and conference calls, developing and distributing recaps of those meetings, tracking project assignments, financial tracking and reporting, contract implementation while also providing increasing substantive input into assisting the development of ADA policies. This position also provides support to the Office of Senior Vice President, staffing at the annual session, Lobby Day, and lobbyist conference, if needed; and serves as a backup to technical Support.
