As a Cloud Solutions Architect (CSA), you will use cloud and technical architecture expertise to help global brands and federal agencies solve challenging problems through innovative technology solutions. What You'll Be Doing
Educate and influence stakeholders and engineering teams on effective cloud solutions and best practices Be an Azure Platform evangelist with our customers Understand customers' overall applications portfolio, IT and business priorities and success measures to design implementation architectures and solutions (Microsoft and 3rd party solutions) using PaaS, DevOps & Advanced Application coding Define innovative solutions using concepts such as infrastructure-as-code, deployment orchestration, and automation templates Implement PaaS and IaaS solutions in a public cloud platform such as Azure - Use expert level knowledge of identity and access management in on-premises solutions and the cloud inclusive of Azure AD Connect, ADFS, and third-party identity providers Remain abreast of regulatory and compliance requirements in order to drive successful governance strategies

Required For This Opportunity
U.S. Citizenship required Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field; work experience accepted in lieu of degree. 10+ years of professional experience in infrastructure Required Certifications: Current CompTIA Security+ CE for IAT Level II 8570 Compliance for DoD Networks. Required and Highly Desirable Microsoft Certificationcurrent Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ305) and/or must have 1 or 2 of the PrerequisiteAZ300 Exams toward the AZ305 Certification and obtain the AZ305 Certificationwithin the first 6 months of your start with AIS Knowledge of traditional network architecture such as IP Addressing, subnetting, routing, switching, and firewalls Ability to lead the design and implementation of PaaS services, constructs and deployment methods including Database-as-a-Service, App Services, storage and automation Enterprise-scale technical experience with cloud security, hybrid infrastructures secure, architecture designs, and technology management Must have experience in a client-facing environment and interacting with technical and business stakeholders Proven expertise in the implementation of encryption technologies (SSL, encryption, PKI) - Desire to mentor and train internal technical teams Passionate about emerging technology, want to pursue certifications, and the desire to further your cloud career Skilled in deploying, scaling, and managing containerized applications using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) Ability to lead the design and implementation of PaaS services, constructs and deployment methods including Database-as-a-Service, App Services, storage and automation Enterprise-scale technical experience with cloud security, hybrid infrastructures secure, architecture designs, and technology management Must have experience in a client-facing environment and interacting with technical and business stakeholders Proven expertise in the implementation of encryption technologies (SSL, encryption, PKI) Desire to mentor and train internal technical teams Passionate about emerging technologies and furthering your cloud career
