As a Managed Detection & Response (MDR) Project Manager, you will onboard new MDR clients, collaborate with multiple teams, oversee equipment ordering and delivery, and maintain detailed checklists to ensure projects are completed within expedited timeframes, minimizing the customer's downtime during software deployments. The team is designed to ensure operational readiness for new MDR customers. The MDR Project Manager not only provides all management and oversight of the MDR deployments, but also drives initiatives for process and tool improvement. The team utilizes a variety of supporting tools and processes to ensure the quality of implementations. Job Description
