Senior Technical Product Manager YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES As Bayer Crop Science's digital farming arm, we advance regenerative agriculture and technology breakthroughs using the latest agronomic science, data science, engineering, and real-world farming experience. With groundbreaking technologies like Climate FieldView and our ForGround regenerative agriculture platform, our team is a part of some of the most important advancements in agriculture. We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead product management for two Platform Services teams (a.k.a. our core infrastructure teams).
As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will drive the innovation and evolution of our cloud and infrastructure products that ultimately enable farmers around the world to obtain and utilize our digital tools.
The ideal candidate brings a strong technical background in cloud technologies and infrastructure, combined with exceptional product management and leadership skills. This candidate will be responsible for defining product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and ensuring our cloud infrastructure solutions meet the evolving needs of our organization and customers by
transforming and professionalizing our internal systems as products.

WHAT WE OFFER Base salary estimated range between
[$116,150 - $209,339]
annually, depending on the hiring location. You may also be offered bonuses, RSUs cash equivalent, or commission.
