We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of HR & Employee Support Center Supervisor within our HR & Employee Support group based in Houston, TX. This role reports to the HR & Employee Support Team Manager. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise the HR & Employee Support Center Operations Team, ensuring all HR transactions and inquiries are handled or escalated accurately and in a timely manner. * Resolve escalated HR issues, working closely with the HR & Employee Support Team Manager. * Ensure compliance with all documented HR policies and procedures within the HR Service Delivery Catalog for the Support Center. * Monitor the operations of the HR technology systems, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of employee data. * Maintain policies and procedures for team and assist in implementing controls related to HR transactions and inquiries. * Supervise Support team to ensure adherence to HR procedures and controls. * Facilitate and support employees and managers in understanding HR procedures related to the Support Center. * Assist in facilitating trainings for HR as needed * Monitor team's workflow and conduct performance evaluations for direct reports. * Develop training on new or enhanced operation procedures related to HR transactions and inquiries. * Establish and maintain effective relationships with other human resources groups within Oxy. * Oversee the team's workflow, set priorities, and ensure deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner. Qualifications
Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in relevant field * Minimum 8+ years of applicable industry experience in HR Operations or similar HR role. * Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment * High proficiency in Microsoft applications (such as Power BI, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook). Desired Qualifications: * High proficiency in Microsoft applications (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook). * Ability to analyze HR case data to identify process improvement. * Experience in creating and maintaining documentation such as standard operating procedures (SOPs), knowledge articles, and training materials related to case management processes. * Understanding of HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure that case management processes adhere to legal standards and company policies. * Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with team members, establish productive relationships with stakeholders, and handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy. * Effective communication skills to convey information clearly to team members * Dedication to providing exceptional service, ensuring customer needs are understood, addressed promptly, and met with professionalism. * Strong ability to maintain data integrity across various HR systems. * Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing priorities, handle ambiguity, and adjust strategies to align with evolving case management needs. * Ability to provide guidance, support, and developmental opportunities to help the team succeed * Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively Recruitment Fraud
