Join us in shaping the future of our organization through effective change leadership! The North America Regional Change Lead will enable Rockwell Automation's Enterprise Transformation to an outcome-based and data-driven organization by employing and delivering Change Management strategies. This includes ensuring changes to business processes, systems and technology, and organizational readiness for the Demand to Renew (D2R) initiative. Demand to Renew paves the way for a single connected experience that enables a seamless end-to-end customer lifecycle that maximizes value, minimizes risk, and optimizes time. The North America Change Lead will lead the regional execution of Success Enablement (SE) Plans, ensuring alignment with the global program objectives. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of regional cultures, business practices, and regulatory environments. You will report to the Director for Strategic Planning and Operations, Data, Analytics, Insights and Innovation. You will help lead Change Management and Program Operations for the Demand to Renew Transformation initiative for the North America region. Your Responsibilities:
