Job Description External Success Enablement Lead Success Enablement Lead - Demand to Renew (D2R) Global Transformation Program Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Success Enablement Lead to play a pivotal role in the execution of a multi-year global transformation program. The successful candidate will lead the regional execution of Success Enablement (SE) Plans, ensuring alignment with the global program objectives. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of regional cultures, business practices, and regulatory environments. You will report to the Director for Strategic Planning and Operations, Data, Analytics, Insights and Innovation. You will help lead Success Enablement for the Demand to Renew Transformation initiative for the North America region. Please note this role does not have managerial responsibilities.
