Job Summary The Department of Clinical Sciences is now accepting applications for a pool of part-time faculty to provide instruction for the 2024-2025 academic year. These positions are on an as-needed, semester-by-semester basis. Required Qualifications Earned Master's Degree National certification as a clinical laboratory professional. Willingness to engage with institutional student success initiatives. Commitment to engaging with best practice initiatives in instruction and pedagogy, mentoring, and curriculum design and development. Applicants hired to teach online courses must complete the online certification program offered by Georgia Southern University if not already certified to teach online. Preferred Qualifications Earned Master's degree or doctorate degree in medical laboratory science, chemistry, biology, or other biological sciences. Specialty certification in medical laboratory science in microbiology, immunology, hematology, chemistry, or blood banking. One or more years teaching experience. Proficiency with design and instruction for online courses. Proposed Salary Commensurate with experience. This is an exempt position paid on a monthly basis.
