Provide project-specific support to the Red Bull Distribution Company (RBDC) Real Estate and Construction Department. Execute and implement national initiatives relating to RBDC Facilities and Building Operations including but not limited to site planning, permit coordination, construction oversight, facilities operations at designated sites across the country. EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: Associate or bachelor's Degree, Trade school, Licensure, or Commensurate Subject-matter Experience 5 years or more of work in Construction Project Management or related fields. Real Estate and Design experience. Experience in facilities and property management. Can read construction plans and have a well-rounded knowledge of the construction process, including project budgeting and financial reporting. Must have experience supervising vendors and contractors. Maintain departmental recordkeeping systems. Proficient in Microsoft Suite; Working knowledge of AutoCAD/Bluebeam and MS Project. Travel 30-40% Permanent Benefits eligible
