Position Title: Parking Reservation Compliance Attendant
Business Unit: Parking & Shuttles
Position Reports to: Parking and Shuttles Manager
Location: Crystal Mountain

Wage Range: $20.00 - 23 DOE
Seeking a responsible customer-focused Parking Reservation Compliance Attendant to join our team this winter season. You will ensure that all guests have valid parking reservations and are directed to the appropriate parking areas. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing excellent customer service and maintaining orderly parking operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reservation Verification: Check guest parking reservations upon arrival and ensure compliance with resort policies.
- Parking Management: Direct vehicles to appropriate parking areas based on reservation type and availability.
- Customer Service: Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer questions, and provide information about parking and other resort services.
- Traffic Control: Assist with managing traffic flow during peak times to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of parking lot occupancy and any incidents or issues.
- Policy Enforcement: Enforce parking rules and regulations, issuing warnings or escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other resort staff, including security and guest services, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve guest concerns or issues related to parking reservations in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or parking management is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Basic computer skills for reservation verification and record keeping.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
- Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, other employees, Supervisors.
- Working outside in adverse weather conditions for long periods of time
- This position is required to workday, evenings, weekends and holidays while in operation.
- Strong ability to drive in all types of weather conditions
- Ability to remove or shovel snow.
- Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 20 pounds of equipment.
- Ability to work for extended periods of time standing, bending, reaching, walking, kneeling, pushing and pulling.
