Key duties include handling credit, and digital payments accurately, taking and confirming orders, and assisting with basic food service tasks. You'll ensure a clean and organized workstation while offering friendly assistance to guests. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Arrives on time, clean, and in proper uniform Clocks in and out according to shift Demonstrates an upbeat, positive attitude and acts and communicates with our guests in a positive manner Maintains cleanliness of cashier, condiment, and beverage stations Stocks and refills beverage machines, condiments, and utensils Reports any equipment malfunctions or breakage to the proper channels to resolve the issue ASAP. Adheres to all policies, standards, SOP's and training as directed by the General Manager and F&B Director. KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS Experience using point of sale technology and credit card transaction processing Proven exemplary customer service skills PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS This position is required to work evenings, weekends and holidays while in operation. Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 20 pounds on an occasional basis. . Auditory and visual acuity and manual dexterity to operate computers, phones, mobile devices and basic office equipment on a constant basis. Ability to work for extended periods of time standing, sitting, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and speaking on a constant basis. Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors and other employees. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
