Production Supervisor (d/m/f) 3rd Shift Hillsboro, New Hampshire, United States - OSI USA Danvers What we expect As a leader of our Halogen/Auxiliary teams, you will directly impact the production of headlamps going out to market. This role is responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations for automotive lighting products to be delivered to our OEM and retail customers. Managing high speed manufacturing production lines for Halogen and Auxiliary lighting on 3rd Shift Maintaining production schedules and overseeing timely order completion Management of a team on 3rd shift, including hiring, performance management, and coordinating with HR on disciplinary measures as necessary Tracking of metrics and KPIs for the department with a focus on continuous improvement Follow and adhere to 5S and Lean principles Oversee change management within the department Following all company guidelines regarding manufacturing Work with upper management to ensure proper headcount and resource allocation Who we are looking for Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business management, manufacturing engineering or similar field 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in a high-volume environment Automotive industry experience preferred, but not necessary Experience with Lean/5S principles Must be reliable and detail oriented ams OSRAM is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
