About the team:

We are Worldpay for Platforms, a leader in integrated payments with over 25 years of experience. Our business supports over a thousand software companies and over 700K end-users with their payment solutions. As the market evolves, so do the needs of these end-users. At Worldpay for Platforms, we aim to be the partner of choice for an expanded suite of Value-Added Service products that seamlessly integrate with our existing offerings.

What you'll own:

As the Senior Product Manager for PayFac you will work closely with market facing, strategy, and other product counterparts to drive new growth areas for the most mature PayFac program in the industry. This person will learn and explore areas beyond traditional payments to drive new areas of growth and help our payment partners manage and drive value into their own portfolios.

Product Strategy and Vision:

- Understand the company and line of business strategy, market, industry, and client goals and apply this understanding to assigned product suite and roadmaps.

- Collaborate with internal teams to align product goals with overall business objectives.

- Identify opportunities for new features and services that align with market demands and customer needs.

Product Lifecycle Management:

- Work closely with product and development teams to prioritize features and improvements based on customer and market needs.

- Manage the product lifecycle from planning to execution, including product roadmaps, development, and release schedules.

Market Analysis and Research:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities within the Integrated Payments space.

- Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities for product differentiation and improvement.

Partner Engagement and Feedback:

- Collaborate with software partners to understand their needs and help tailor existing and new products to incorporate their feedback and requirements.

- Support software partners in effectively presenting and promoting Value-Added Services.

Commercialization and Go-to-Market Activities:

- Assist in developing go-to-market strategies and commercialization plans for new product releases.

- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.

- Monitor product performance post-launch and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

What you bring:

- Experience in API/SaaS products with a strong understanding of customer needs and technology trends in Integrated Payments and/or Payment Facilitation.

- Background in payments or software companies with a focus on payments or financial products.

- Proven ability to work collaboratively with other product and development teams.

- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed environment.

- Previous experience as a Product Manager, with at least 4+ years of experience.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
