About the role
As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you'll test and perfect the fintech products that will change the way people around the world pay, bank and invest. This critical role involves establishing compliance processes with your team and implementing a quality maturity roadmap for each IT functional area.

What you'll own

  • Reviewing progress with IT leadership, technical teams and internal customers.

  • Monitoring, evaluating, managing and executing audit processes.

  • Providing subject matter expertise to IT teams on quality assurance methodologies.

  • Making recommendations for improvements to the software development process.

  • Designing and monitoring performance metrics program for quality improvement.

Where you'll own it

While we're a large team of Worldpayers based in North America, we have collaborative spaces and regular opportunities to celebrate with each other in person.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or other related discipline, or the equivalent experience

  • In-depth knowledge of one or more end-to-end systems lifecycle development methodologies as well as quality management and improvement.

  • A background with financial services industry practices, regulations and processes.

  • Proficiency in quality management methods, tools and technologies.
