What you'll own As a Senior Account Executive, you'll be part of a team of self-motivated, high achieving sales professionals helping small- and medium-sized business software companies grow their businesses through payments. You'll drive some of the most exciting new financial technology while by providing industry-leading solutions. * Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve business objectives. Responsible for full-sales cycle. * Own the development and management of the sales funnel to achieve annual quota. * Collaborate across organization with Sales Development, Solutioning, Legal, Implementation, Partner Success, and Marketing Teams. * Identify, research, and target key prospects and their decision makers. Utilize sales enablement technology and marketing assets in combination with business networking, conferences, and industry groups. * Own the development and presentation of professional detailed proposals and supporting commercialization plans to C-suite prospects. * Own the management and development of the sales funnel in CRM to achieve sales key performance indicators including prospecting and meeting activities, sales documents, and partner's merchant acquisition strategies. * Use CRM to ensure all client information is accurate and complete, tasks are planned and actioned, and forecast revenues are accurate. * Provide management with weekly and monthly reports as required. * Collaborate with internal and partner developer teams to facilitate the design, build and certification and timely release the solution. * Qualify partners for Risk and Underwriting (R&U) and merchant AML /KYC to enable profitable pricing and merchant boarding in line with company policy. * Liaise with the R&U department as necessary to move the partner through the partner application process to ensure the partner's merchant boarding has a clear, scalable, and documented process which meets company policy. * Act as the initial partner account manager liaising effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure services are delivered and issues remediated. * Liaise with internal departments to provide outstanding customer service. * Comply to all company policies. What you bring * Good understanding of payment products and services and strong industry knowledge * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Communicates ideas in clear, concise and professional manner that is appropriate to audience including executive levels * In-depth understanding of sales processes * Excellent follow-up skills in all areas of a sales cycle * Solid decision-making and problem-solving skills * Analytical skills to determine client business needs and requirements * Excellent time management and organizational skills * Ability to handle various levels of pressure * Experience in contract negotiations * Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management, employees, clients and public * Ability to show established track record of success within industry and industry trade groups * Travel is required and estimated to be 20% Worldpay perks - what we'll bring for you We know it's bigger than just your career. The pay range for this full-time position is $114,880.00 - $189,560.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
