What you'll own

As Head of Global Point of Sale Solution, you will be responsible for setting the Worldpay-wide strategy for multiple time horizons with a focus on delivering out of the box payments acceptance for both in person and e-commerce transactions and deliver solutions that help merchants manage their business more efficiently and seamlessly. This is an opportunity to work with a global team that provides our clients with easily implementable, best-in-class solutions.

  • Bring a companywide perspective on solutions so that they are effectively leveraged globally and across segments. These solutions may include, but are not limited to, point of sale software, ecommerce solutions, virtual terminals and business enablement features such as catalogue inventory
  • Responsible for creating and executing on near, mid- and long-term strategic horizons that set up Worldpay for achieving long term growth while providing near team success
  • Develop trusting relationships and work closely with partners and internal engineering team to create a compelling product that meets the market need and is adopted at scale. Success to be measured through high NPS scores and low customer attrition.
  • Holds ultimately responsible and accountable for business performance of the solutions by partnering with segment solution leaders to ensure market fit and demand
  • Deliver an omnichannel experience, allowing merchants to use services via the channel of their choice - terminal, mobile and .com
  • Drive execution across multiple functions and organization
  • Build and retain high performing teams
  • Be a role model of the Worldpay values

What you bring

The ideal candidate will have experience building merchant-facing products adopted at scale while achieving a high NPS and low attritions. Ability to use data and understand how critical both design and engineering are as partners and ensure the product journey is understood by all key stakeholders. An individual who has experience as a Product Director, preferably within the FinTech space, who can break down complex issues and devise strategies to effectively move forward, will do very well in this role.

  • Proven experience building products from zero to one in complex environments.
  • 12+ years of product management experience working in a complex technology stack
  • Experience leading a 5+ person Product team and preference for having led product managers
  • Must have had experience delivering solutions for multiple channels, direct sales, ISO and via partner financial institutions
  • Deep understanding of the industry and uses industry knowledge and data to help shape the GTM and Product strategy required
  • Strong user experience/design/research and product sensibilities with the ability to bring to market products that are accessible, enjoyable and easy to use with proven profitably and growth
  • Experience developing product strategies and influencing organizational change
  • Experience delivering against growth targets including revenue of a sizable product-line or business
  • Strong analytical decision-making skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clarity from ambiguity and distill complex issues into easy-to-understand narratives.
  • Demonstrated excellence in using principled decision making to manage diverse stakeholders, including peers and executive leadership

The pay range for this full-time position is $192,430.00 - $323,300.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
