About the Team

Worldpay are on an exciting journey re-engineering our core merchant customer portals to be more accessible, informative, and cloud ready utilizing the latest cutting-edge technologies. This journey will require the very best engineering talent to get us there as it's not just a technical change, it's a cultural change as well.

The Customer Acquisition and Back Office (CABO) program is a key focus of the customer sales improvement program being undertaken. This sales tool is used by our Sales teams to starting the boarding process with new merchants. The Technology team constitute product managers, architects, technical leads and software engineers. They are responsible for the development and deployment of Salesforce application along with other integrating apps in the ecosystem. Other apps include Oracle CPQ for product & pricing, DocuSign for contracts and several other small AppExchange apps. Making the customer centric to everything we do is one of the most critical aspects of this team.

What you will own

We are looking for bright talent who can build future testing capability for ongoing BAU delivery and drive quality improvements across multiple agile teams. You will be managing the QA Team who caters to the product, platform and business needs of a number of initiatives, including Salesforce, CPQ, and Docusign. The Quality Assurance team is fundamental to unlocking value for our Merchant business, being relied upon to both ensure the stability of our production releases and deliver new boundary breaking products for our customers. This includes coordinating the assurance of releases across the initiatives for Core, IP, and International rails, with integration testing on both the US and International sides of the business.

While we're a large team of Worldpayers based in North America, we have collaborative spaces and regular opportunities to celebrate with each other in person.

What you bring

  • Experience of operating within an Agile Team (SAFe methodology preferable)

  • ETL or Data Warehouse concepts, experience in any ETL tools (Informatica, ODI, etc.)

  • Excellent Salesforce and Docusign skills

  • Lead & Manage Boarding QA Team (Core/IP &INTL - CPQ/Salesforce/DocuSign/Onboarding) providing guidance and mentorship.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team, Develop and implement QA strategies aligning with organizational goals.

  • Supporting and managing all Boarding activities for the trains.

  • Manage team workload, priorities and resource allocation.

  • Plan, design and execute testing strategies.

  • Provide subject matter expert knowledge in Quality Assurance best practices, tools, and software

  • Experience with environment management, deployments, and prioritization

The pay range for this full-time position is $123,810.00 - $207,980.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
