Position Overview: As a Senior Commercialization Lead (Sr CPL) at Campbell's, you will be a critical leader in our commercialization efforts, responsible for overseeing and driving large cross-functional teams. You will excel in project management, have strong communication skills to collaborate with peers, and be able to engage with Category Vice Presidents and Research & Development leaders. Your role will require intermediate to competent understanding of business and financial acumen, with practical application, to make informed decisions. You will be adept at interpreting and adjusting to situations with conflicting goals and will require minimal coaching from your manager. Key Responsibilities:

Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $110,200-$158,500Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
