The Bilingual Will Call Clerk is responsible for assisting customers with pick-up orders while providing support in both English and Spanish. This role includes performing inspections, managing paperwork, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Will Call Clerk Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with pick-up orders in both English and Spanish.
• Perform core inspections during customer pick-up to ensure accuracy.
• Manage unclaimed parts orders and keep accurate records.
• Notify customers of orders that are ready for pick-up.
• Handle return paperwork in the customer pick-up area.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Requirements:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a warehouse setting.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to demonstrate safe practices when operating a forklift.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve department goals.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer service-focused work environment.
