The Total Rewards Analyst will support the GBMC Total Rewards team that includes Compensation, Benefits and Human Resources Information Systems functions. This position will take a key role in delivering Total Rewards services, analyzing data and trends, managing projects, preparing reports, and backing up team members.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or other relevant discipline. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Licensures/Certifications: Human Resources certification is a plus, but not required Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of Human Resources experience Skills: * Excellent team and collaboration skills * Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint * Ability to take initiative and work independently * Ability to manage competing priorities * Ability to influence without authority * Excellent written and verbal communication * Basic knowledge of Human Resources principles and practices * Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality * Excellent organization skills and attention to detail Patient & Workplace Safety

Patient Population
Principal Duties and Responsibilities: * Analyzes the costs of compensation and benefits programs and makes recommendations to increase efficiency and value * Assists with administration and execution of compensation programs including researching salary increase requests, participating in salary surveys, reviewing and updating job descriptions and supporting the annual merit planning process * Manages Total Rewards projects including annual enrollment, request for proposal for services, employee communications initiatives, benefit program changes and other initiatives. Develops change management and milestone plans to execute the delivery of new programs * Coordinates provision of benefits services with GBMC vendors and handles service escalations * Prepares employee and manager communication materials, including managing the function's internal pages * Participates in ongoing maintenance and testing of the HRIS system and employee data * Trains with and backs up team members as needed * Additional duties as assigned. Pay Range $51,351.55 - $79,594.90
Final salary offer will be based on the candidate's qualifications, education, experience and alignment with our organizational needs.
