We're seeking a future team member for the role of Audio Engineer to join our Technology Production Services team. This role is in NYC, NY In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Our Team Technology Services Group (TSG) provides reliable, resilient, next-generation enterprise technology infrastructure and support that enables BNY employees to deliver the whole firm to their colleagues and clients around the world. As part of TSG, our Technology Production Services team is dedicated to ensuring that our technology environments are best in class. Our Production Services team delivers a full IT service management lifecycle across all run-the-bank applications and infrastructure support with the purpose of providing a controlled, secure, and predictable production environment. The Role Our Production Services-Platinum Services Events and AV team is responsible for AV and high-profile global events. We are seeking a VP, Technology Production Services, Audio Engineer (Platinum Services). You will possess the skills to coordinate, manage, and oversee day-to-day projects, tasks and initiatives for the Platinum Services Team enabling them to maintain and improve overall productivity of Executive event productions. You will align the team to ensure the maximum efficiency and output of Audio systems in our events spaces. Key Responsibilities:
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Qualifications * Minimum 7 years' experience in an Events/Broadcast environment * Experience as an A1 for high profile events * Knowledge of Dante systems * Knowledge of Shure Axient system * Strong written and verbal communication competency * Excellent interpersonal skills and experience engaging with executive stakeholders, including C-suite and Boards of Directors. * Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail, able to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines within a dynamic environment. * Ability to work non-standard work hours due to global nature of role * Solid organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask * Basic knowledge of IT systems * Project Management experience desired but not required At BNY, our culture speaks for itself. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $81,000 and $179,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs. |
