Provides advanced expertise and guidance on legal services in matters of significant complexity, sensitivity, and financial impact to the company. Serves as senior expert with in-depth legal skills in one or more specialized areas. Leads others in legal projects and mentors other attorneys and legal staff. Represents company interests in formal and informal legal proceedings, including federal, state or local judicial, or dispute resolution processes. Experience in one or more areas of the following: administrative, energy, or regulatory, including before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission or a state public service commission.
