Job Description
At CHA, we are champions for children's health. In collaboration with children's hospitals and health systems across the nation, our teams work to advance child health through driving innovation in the quality, cost, and delivery of care. CHA represents more than 200 members as the unified voice of children's hospitals, setting the standard for the highest quality pediatric care. Our Public Affairs team is growing! The Policy Manager will report to the Director of Policy and work a hybrid schedule from our DC Metro Center office. This individual will play a vital role in managing health policy analysis for CHA's advocacy work by serving as a trusted advisor and thought leader, maintaining subject matter expertise on assigned issues and developing strategies to advance organizational priorities. The Policy Manager will work collaboratively with other staff members to represent CHA's priorities and perspectives with external entities in coalitions and other settings.

More About CHA This pay range shown is a guideline. Min: $88,000 Max: $180,000. Compensation is based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.?
