Enrollment Systems and Admissions Operations

Job Description

We are seeking an energetic, professional, and highly motivated business services consultant who is interested in joining a fast-paced, highly productive team. Reporting to the Director of CRM Operations, this position will be part of a team to research and report on enrollment at Missouri S&T as well as provide support to the units within the Division of Enrollment Management. The position will be part of a team who mines and analyzes data relating to new student enrollment and retention efforts, including analyzing data on the recruitment of new freshmen, transfer and graduate students, both domestic and international.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide development and support for event management, inquiry and applicant communication, application system and CRM maintenance
  • Assist in managing user permissions, data integrity and error resolution for data pertaining to prospective, applicant and admitted students
  • Assist with the implementation, development, and system administration of the combined undergraduate and graduate instance of Slate
  • Support the data, reporting and analytical needs of the Division of Enrollment Management and the enrollment activities towards the recruiting goals for undergraduate, graduate, and international students
  • Create events and set up the associated communications in conjunction with our different stakeholders within the units
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts by identifying user needs, researching potential solutions, and assisting with the implementation of new processes and systems
  • Work closely with all areas of Enrollment Management on their use of Slate to help recruit and yield prospective graduate and undergraduate students
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including early morning, evenings, and weekends during peak times is necessary and expected
Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project management experience, education, or certification
  • Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system such as Slate and Student Information Systems such as PeopleSoft
  • Knowledge of research methods, statistical applications, and trends and issues in higher education
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of staff, administrators, and faculty
  • Ability to present findings succinctly and clearly in narrative, table, and chart forms
Anticipated Hiring Range

The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $52,223 - $58,501.32 annually.

Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual's particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
