Job Description Systems Support Specialist Indianapolis, IN We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join the Systems Support Team. As the Systems Support Specialist, you will focus on process, system support and administration for key Group Business Services (GBS) applications and GBS IT solutions. They will work with the Systems Support Lead to identify and propose system fixes or improve user training to address common issues. We are transforming the way we support Group Business Services and the wider RR Businesses. The GBS IT team have brought together specialists from across GBS into a centralised team responsible for data & analytics, reporting, governance and system support. As we transform the provision of these services, we are looking for skilled and motivated team members to join us as we optimise how we operate.
