Staff Pharmacist - Per Diem

As a per diem, CPS Solutions, LLC Staff Pharmacist at Via Linda Behavioral Hospital, you will fill orders with accuracy; check technician-prepared products before release; maintain security of pharmacy and controlled substances; enter orders and patient information with accuracy; aid in the training of new staff; update the Director about the daily activities of the pharmacy; and aid the Director in maintaining the pharmacy.
Pay Rate: $55 to $65 per hour, dependent on experience
Schedule: This per diem, position will provide coverage to cover PTO, weekends and holidays as needed. There are no regularly scheduled hours for this position.
About the Facility: Via Linda Behavioral is excited to begin offering a full continuum of inpatient and outpatient services to the Scottsdale, Arizona population and the greater Phoenix region. Our 120-bed facility offers specialized mental health services and substance use treatment for teens and adults experiencing issues such as depression, anxiety, personality disorders and co-occurring addictions. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day to day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.
About the Pharmacy: Pharmacy hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm. Saturday and Sunday hours will vary. The pharmacy utilizes Omnicell and HCS including E-Mar and CPOE.
