The Video Repair team is a group of specialty technicians that focus on the video components of our life saving endoscopy devices. These technicians troubleshoot and repair the video components to ensure that our customers receive the highest quality image.

Responsibilities of Video Repair Technician

  • Troubleshoot product and processes, take corrective action to identify problems and, where appropriate, make inspections and initiate change.
  • Inspect video production of various types and complexities in a timely and qualitative manner.
  • Maintain video repair and tools in good working condition.
  • Assist other video technicians as needed.
  • Neatly and accurately prepare necessary department documentation: checklists, worksheets, etc.
  • Ensure that all repairs are completed by scheduled due dates
  • Support the larger group of repair technicians to expedite any repairs that may fall behind schedule (technical issue, facilitating parts requirements, etc.)
  • Obey all safety regulations and report infractions/hazards
  • Accept and complete other work as assigned by manager/supervisor.


Requirements of Video Repair Technician:


  • Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
  • Six months to one-year related experience and/or training
  • Prior experience with mechanical and electromechanical products
  • Ability to provide phone support to service technicians and sales representatives
