Be Inspired By the Work You Do We are looking for a mission driven Child Learning Supervisor to join our team! This is a full-time, in person position at our Learning Community Center in South Omaha. The schedule will be 40 hours per week; generally, Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm with occasional evenings. The Child Learning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of classrooms, providing early childhood education, and ensuring a positive and safe learning environment for children. In addition to teaching duties, the supervisor manages the administrative and supervisory tasks of the child learning staff during daytime programming at the primary location. In collaboration with the Program Manager and Early Childhood Education Coach, the Child Learning Supervisor fosters teamwork and professional growth within the team. QUALIFICATIONS
