Summary:

In this role, you will manage provider enrollment across all Vizient and Provista organizations. You will ensure data quality of provider data, including provider demographics, classification, pharmacy designation, and other internal financial controls. You will ensure compliance to operational and Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) safe harbor guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Research relevant data sources to avoid inputting duplicated data.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to effectively manage expectations and ensure quality and timely project delivery.
• Produce high quality, accurate analyses, and maintenance of Membership for acute accounts.
• Manage high-volume workload with changing priorities.
• Monitor Service Level Agreement for cases assigned to queue and process in a timely manner according to guidelines.
• Manage various operational processes, including new provider on-boarding, off-boarding, quality control and data cleansing processes.
• Perform provider verification from supplier and distributor requests.
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-pace, high pressure, and results-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 2 or more years of relevant experience required.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency required.
• Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and present data.
• Experience working with SQL highly preferred.
• Experience with DataLoader or other data management tools preferred.
• Experience with Customer Relations Management (CRM) (Salesforce) or other CRM software highly preferred.
