We're currently seeking a passionate Clinic Coordinator to join our dynamic team at our Outpatient Mental Health Clinic in Silver Spring, MD. As a Clinic Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in facilitating the medical and psychiatric treatment of our clients, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care and support.
Preferred Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in health and human services or business management (preferred) or relevant experience
- Knowledge of psychiatric medications
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and handle high-stress situations
- Prior experience with Microsoft Business Applications (Excel, Teams, SharePoint) is desirable
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule client appointments
- Seek and link clients with external resources as needed
- Maintain documentation in electronic prescription system
- Liaise with pharmacies for prescription refills and corrections
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date client records
- Answer phone calls and triage clients efficiently
- Monitor waiting room and ensure timely client care
This is a Full-Time hourly position with a flexible schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 8am - 5:00pm.

Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Range: $17.80/hour - $19.93/hour, paid bi-weekly, with opportunities for overtime.
Other Compensation: Employees are eligible for bonuses (variable, depending on company and individual performance) and paid training.
PTO: New employees can accrue up to 96 hours of PTO in the first year (pro-rated based on start date and hours worked). Employees can accrue up to 40 hours of sick leave per calendar year (pro-rated based on start date and hours worked).
Holidays: Full-Time employees receive 8 paid holidays per year, with overtime if required to work. Part-Time employees are eligible for overtime if required to work on holidays.
Retirement: 403(b) plan participation available at hire. Employer matching after 1000 hours of service. Discretionary employer contributions are given at least once a year.
Health Benefits: Full and Part-Time Employees are eligible for benefits beginning the first day of the month after hire. Benefits include Medical, Dental, and Vision (single and family), flex-spending accounts (FSA and Dependent Care).
Company-Paid Benefits: Full-Time employees are eligible for Long-Term Disability and Basic Life/AD&D. All employees are eligible for the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
