Job OverviewThe Senior Digital Optimization Testing Manager is a driving force behind A/B testing and personalization campaigns across all digital channels, constantly unlocking new opportunities for growth and business impact. In this dynamic role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize groundbreaking customer experience improvements, using data-driven, iterative testing to bring them to life. You'll lead the strategy and execution of high-impact optimization initiatives across web and mobile, providing expert guidance on campaign design, feasibility, and best-in-class testing methodologies. As a digital optimization authority, you'll deliver deep analysis and actionable insights that push the boundaries of customer engagement. Beyond leading individual campaigns, you'll champion company-wide standard methodologies, governance, and process innovation for A/B testing, leading the charge in developing advanced digital optimization capabilities. From advanced targeting and automation to machine learning, you'll be at the forefront of digital transformation, driving personalization that redefines how the company engages with its customers. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
