About the Role:

Are you an individual with a robust
technical and skilled nursing experience coupled with a dedicated
customer-service orientation? Join Yardi as a Technical Account Manager (TAM)
and help revolutionize senior living through Yardi's comprehensive EHR product
suite. In this role, you'll partner with clients to provide consultative
guidance, streamline implementation, offer ongoing support, and deliver

What You'll Do:

* Ability to travel up to 50%.

* Perform product implementation and
conversion services for assigned clients.

* Analyze and interpret client
operational needs and determines initial system configuration accordingly.

* Perform data mapping and conversion,
user training, and other services to ensure successful software deployment.

* Advise and institute best practices
relevant to clients in the application of Yardi products.

* Consult with and provide direction
to software end-users; assists end-users with the day-to-day operation of
system software including day-to-day operation of system software including
charting, MDS workflow, clinical reporting and survey preparedness.

* Serve as a knowledge expert resource
for specific user application(s) and as such is the point of escalation for
many application-specific issues.

* Identify ongoing application systems
issues for assigned applications and initiate the communication of revisions
and best practices.

* Perform system and business process
reviews and other services reviews to identify inefficient processes and makes
sound recommendations for client productivity gains using Yardi software.

* Manage continued software
integrations, maintenance, and updates in collaboration with clients.

* Research, analyze, and resolve
software functionality and reporting problems for clients.

* Identify when client issues need to
be escalated and determine the appropriate support resources for problem
resolution.

* Evaluate company resources and
software functionality in connection with prioritizing and responding to client
requests; provide recommendations and informed direction to clients regarding
ancillary products and services that align with client business and operational
needs and goals.

* Collaborate internally with
analysts, designers, programmers, sales, and marketing with a focus on meeting
client needs and maintaining high-level customer service standards; complete
special projects related to department training and client support; and perform
other Yardi duties as assigned.

Who
You Are:

* Bachelor's Degree in Business,
Health Sciences or Nursing or equivalent. Skilled Nursing and MDS experience
preferred.

* 1- 2 years of Yardi domain
experience and/or has demonstrated an ability to independently manage and
resolve a variety of Yardi client issues.

* Proven project management experience
and customer relationship management skills.

* Demonstrate successful collaboration
with Cloud Services, development, and escalation teams.

* Independent, sound decision making
and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent written and verbal
communication skills.

* Client-centered commitment and focus.

* Competence in some of the following
areas: Microsoft operating and network system operation, relational databases,
and SQL/Oracle language. Familiar with CMS and State Regulations and
requirements of the MDS.

* Proven ability to treat all
employees and clients with respect and dignity.

* Understanding of Senior Living
industry and best practices.

* Working knowledge of clinical practices.

Ideal if you have:

* MDS Coordinator Certification or
Director of Nursing or equivalent experiences.
