Description POSITION SUMMARY The Sr. Operational Performance Manager is arole responsible for overseeing and enhancing the entire spectrum of manufacturing and operational processes. This position requires a proactive approach to managing performance, streamlining projects, and ensuring a seamless end-to-end manufacturing flow for the business. The ideal candidate will be adept at fostering strong partnerships with operations teams to drive service improvements, minimize downtime, and achieve significant cost savings. This full-time position will report to the Director, Operations and will be located at our facility in Golden Valley, Minnesota. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with Director of Operations and Operations Excellence function to implement operational data standards, key performance indicators, and analytics. Lead and influence cross functional teams at all levels of the organization through data-driven decision making.
- Lead cross-functional divisional projects that identify and drive improvement across operational processes in the areas of data management, waste reduction, material optimization, operational efficiency, logistics, and quality.
- Oversee divisional alignment of processes, procedures, and standards to help the business manage warehouse inventory levels, min / max standards, and warehouse agreements, ensuring a consistent and reliable manufacturing pipeline.
- Leverage lean tools and systems to effectively deliver divisional continuous improvement in partnership with the Operational Excellence functional group.
- Serve on the Packaging Acquisition Team; lead project workstream covering operations and sales by evaluating and integrating operational data, assets, continuous improvement tools, and systems. Support acquisition target assessment process and identify gaps and opportunities for alignment. Collaborate to ensure integration of continuous improvement processes and programs. Monitor and report on the progress of integration activities, resolving issues that may arise during the transition.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain AND 10+ years' manufacturing or continuous improvement experience OR combination of equivalent experience and education
- 5+ years' experience leading cross-functional projects.
- Experience applying Lean methodologies in multiple environments
- Experience with advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Sum, Conditional Formatting, etc.)
- Ability to travel up to 40%
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- 7+ years' experience leading cross-functional projects.
- 7+ years' manufacturing or comparable experience.
- 5+ years' experience leading lean initiatives.
- Black Belt certification.
- Experience presenting information to senior leadership and / or executive teams.
