Lantheus is seeking a Senior Director, Asset Lead with a proven track record in global oncology and/or neurology product development, ideally with experience in developing and launching oncology and/or Alzheimer's assets both in the U.S. and internationally. Reporting directly to the Head of Asset Teams with direct access to the CMO, the successful candidate will be able to bring significant depth and breadth of experience to lead, manage, and communicate on behalf of the cross-functional asset team. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of accountability for the program, interfacing with the executive leadership, and will work closely and collaboratively with the program team to shape and execute the program strategy. With a clear strategic mindset, focusing on mitigating potential risks while aiming for speed and efficiency, the Asset Lead integrates cross-functional input, synthesizes team recommendations, and directs the program to achieve its goals. The candidate will be a highly effective influencer and team player, both internally and externally, an excellent communicator, and a driver to effectively achieve program goals.
